It is shown to reduce inflammation in the body and studies have shown to have cardiovascular benefits, as well as regulate cholesterol in the body. In addition, studies have shown promising results using it for weight loss. A study performed at the University of South Australia (UniSA) has found that the omega-3 increases fat-burning ability because it improves blood flow to muscles during exercise. This answers the question many people ask: is fish oil helps you lose weight.
