How to Use Office Partitions in Semi-Enclosed Rooms

Many workplaces use semi-enclosed spaces to provide employees with some measure of privacy while maintaining an open feel. Designing a semi-enclosed room with office partitions requires some consideration in order to reach a balance between versatility and messiness, as it is easy for a space to look disorganised when it is filled with different shapes and textures.

Office partitions of different heights, from half-height to floor to ceiling, can make a work space more versatile, as the needs of different employees are met throughout the space. Similarly, office partitions in different surface textures, such as wood, glass, plaster, or fabric, can make comprehensively controlling visual and audio distractions in the workplace easier.

Any semi-enclosed work space needs to support productive work by using workplace screens to provide the right amount of privacy in the middle of a busy space.
