When you are away from your office do you need to get access to your work desktop from time to time. Many people run into this problem and are forced to carry around their laptop from the office to home just to have all of the files accessible to them at home. Remote access can change all of that and give you the access that you need right in your home without bringing your computer home with you. All you have to do is log in to your work computer and all your files and the desktop will be right there for you to use. There are many times when this feature can be useful. When you are giving presentations and suddenly remember that you forgot a needed file on your desktop back at the office. The application allows the remote user to view the host computer through the program. It is even possible for the remote user to access the keyboard and input functions of the host. Consider the ways that you can gain access and choose the method that best suits your purposes. It is a good idea to have a downloaded version of the software for those occasions when there is no access to the web.
