In each journey it knows, learns, understands, experiences.rnWe may have found the right way for us, learned what is good or not, what facilitates the way or makes it more difficult.rnWe may have rediscovered our Essence, understood how to relate with others and with everything that surrounds us. rnWe may have experienced part of what we knew, heard, understood.rnBut we can never be certain of being able to live life because in one life we can't experience all the known.rnOnly when we are in action, we can really verify if we can put into practice what we have learned and felt right for us. rnBeloved Luminous Soul, I used the words 'knowing', 'learning', 'understanding', 'experimenting’, because they contain the main phases of growth.rnIt's easier to understand these phases if we continue to see life as a special School, where the known should be merged with what we have lived.rnTake, for example, a poem: it is not enough to know its content to make it our own, we must learn it a little at a time, we have to understand it.rnAnd once learned, if we focus with the heart to every word, every sentence, we can understand that it encloses the feelings, sensations, and sometimes even the life of the poet. rnIn doing so, we approach the real understanding.rnBut only when we experience personally what is written in that poem, we can say: – for me this corresponds to reality. I know how to live this - .rnIn a Journey of growth we cannot stop even at this stage, but we are asked to experience what we have understood, in more situations and at different times.rnMany times, despite having experienced an awareness, we fail to put it into practice in every moment of life.rnThis happens because there are many obstacles: our physical body with its bio-rhythms and its limitations, our personality, our needs, our emotions, everyday life with all its difficulties, stressful situations, incidents, and, finally, everything revolving around the people with whom we relate.rnThat's why Angels always exhort us to continuous humility: only with it we can remain attentive to put into practice our knowledge, in every moment and in every situation. rnFall in love withrnLight and Love “... And fall in love with you, your Light, your Trail.rnIf you are in love with your Trail, walking becomes sweet and creates enthusiasm.rnIf you are in love with yourself, the expression of your Essence becomes natural.rnIf you are in love with the light, let your Soul free to follow it, live in the Light, wrap your heart with Light.rnIf you are in love with your Soul, feel the enthusiasm in following it, feeling that It drags you, that It creates a sweet waiting. rnFall in love with your Soul, fall in love with Love. rnFalling in love, creates love, falling in love with the Light, creates Light.rnAnd you will feel the heart beating in these falling in love in a way which is now stranger to you. Hearing the beating of the heart leads to unimaginable joy, a detachment from everything that can remove this joy. rnThis love will transform everything inside and around you. rnYou can be a blameless student and learn all the lessons, but if you're a student in love with your own school, it becomes easy to live the lessons learned and help other pupils to experience them. rnBeing students in love, makes Love vibrate inside the school, in the classroom. And this love is felt, this Love gives joy, Love, enthusiasm, security to everyone." Question: Can you help me in this? Answer: "This falling in love should be chosen before and then known. rnFirstly, there must be the choice of the heart. Then live as one in love, and express your love, share it. Answer: "Think about the blue of sea and Sky, the green of grass and trees, the colour of the earth, the colour of the rainbow, all these colours that blend into one Light.rnLight contains all colours, those you know now, those you will know: these are My eyes." Question: Why is it so important to bring our gaze to Heaven? Answer: "Because only from there you will be able to see everything as a Soul.rnSee what there is inside you, to find out more and more your treasures, to manifest your Essence.rnObserve what happens around you to understand its messages, to feel that you are living a plan. Question: But where these expressions go? Answer: "They remain imprinted in the invisible real world that surrounds you.rnWhen a part of Essence has emerged into the Light, nothing and no one can stifle it nor remove Light or colours from it.rnEven if a heart as a free Soul, chooses not to make its colours shine any more, donate its perfume, what emerged into the Light will not fade, that part of its Essence will not disappear, nor its flowers will be suffocated, because the image is imprinted in the invisible real world. rnAnd this is also imprinted into the eyes of anyone who saw that part of Essence, those colours, who have already received the smell of those flowers. rnOf course every Soul is free to continue or not to donate its scent, its colours, its Light, but it cannot hide, nor stifle, what emerged into the Light.rnThis knowledge will help you live with responsibility, knowing that everything you think, want, express, every action, remains imprinted in the invisible real world.rnThere are also all the intentions, thoughts, what the actions create, although these are not Light, they not of Love.rnAnd remember that in time, the thoughts, intentions, of whatever kind they are, materialize.rnRemember the power of visualizations, of prayers: they can create beautiful spells, unimaginable alchemy.rnBut also remember what can be created by what is not of Light, of Love.rnMany times disease is the realization in the body of a single thought.rnAnd this is just one example." rnTake in your arms rnyour inner Girl Question: I am aware that I always behave myself theatrically, but I can't change. It is this Girl that doesn’t feel a loving mother, does not feel a strong warrior that will protect her, yet. rnYou know that inside of you there is the Essence of the bright Little Girl, but there is also that little girl who still did not have all the space she needs, did not receive all the love and attention she needs, cannot express herself fully yet.rnThe inner girl needs to feel the attentions of a loving father and a mother, strong warriors who take children in their arms, she needs to see in them the headlights who know how to guide her. rnIf they do not feel and see this, they cannot manifest as they are, because they don’t have the Love they need. They cannot feel protected to be able to let any fear go, and run carefree and happy in the meadows. rnYou can receive Love or support by many people, but there is always a moment when, for your inner Girl, you have to become a father, a mother, a warrior. Question: I'm happy of the trail I’m walking, but sometimes I feel unexplained anxiety states ... Question: I feel within me the boost to live intensely all, and so I don't understand when my body needs to relax or rest. Answer: "That boost comes from your Essence of warrior, who knows that life is to be lived intensely, knowing that the body will have less and less need for rest, if you leave the Soul free to fly. rnMove the mind away, since it brings you back only the known you're letting go, and listen to your Soul that will help you strengthen the body, to live all intensely. rnSo that everything will be intense, even resting ... So that the silence will be intense and will become a new source of strength.rnChange with joy knowledge and habits, to discover a new unimaginable now.rnAnd in this intensity you will discover how, sometimes, the things you did to rest, to relax, indeed tired you more.rnIn this way you will understand what your body is asking in that moment." Answer: “Touch the world with your feet, feeling that you don’t belong to it, but that you have chosen to walk on earth.rnSo everything will flow into your life, it won’t create any thought, you won't feel any desire to know, to understand. You will live all situations, emotions, encounters, as in a non-stop journey, knowing that they are part of the journey, but they don’t belong to you.rnYou cannot understand many of them, you cannot discover them.
