Stick to the point and avoid prolonging your drafts. Engagement: The best way to get feedback is through adding hyperlinks or a call-to-action (CTA). By proving links and websites, you can get an idea of how much responses you are getting or maybe ask them to reply back with their feedbacks. The hyperlink would add some color to the email, and it would look better and attractive. Avoid adding pictures to the email as this would lead the email to the junk folder and the individual might not be able to see it.
