Many women feel embarrassment in public when they go to gym and other such places to shed weight as they are ridiculed for being obese. Moreover, women have greater opportunities to socialize and make many more friends in the camp. They can share their fitness problems and discuss about it. This motivates them for work outs. Depending on their individual requirements and fitness level, the work out is available for beginners and advanced level participants. Beginners are gradually exposed to the intensity of work outs. Women are asked to continue their excersizes until they are completely fit. Many women suffer from osteoporosis as they are overweight. In fitness boot camp, intense work outs and development of muscles can keep them away from risks of having osteoporosis and even reversing it.
