How do you create an authentic you?

Curious? How do you create an authentic you? Aren’t we always authentic? Or do we mask ourselves with the beliefs of what authentic should look like? What does authentic look like to you?

I love to explore these questions! Not only do they pertain to how we perceive ourselves, and the relationship we have with others, and ourselves but the same thing applies to how we choose to show up in the world with how we dress!
We innately reflect what is going on inside to the outer world with what we choose to wear.

You, are who you are, when you express your essence. When you are sad, do you dress with no consideration of happiness? When you feel great do you dress as you are great? When you feel beautiful, don’t you dress beautiful? What are you silently telling the world about you when you choose what to put on your body? What do you want the world to know about you?

Creating your authentic self starts with knowing and acknowledging your strengths and your weaknesses and understanding that there is no right or wrong. There is only what is and how these qualities that you have brought into the world serve you and support you.

Embracing your unique qualities and expressing them in the way you dress creates a visual authentic picture that others can experience of you. You enhance and support your “Law of Authenticity”, which brings an abundance of fulfillment in life, love and relationships, just to name a few benefits! If you dress your authentic self, then are you “walking your talk” from the inside out?

By expressing your authentic self in the way you dress, you are supporting everything you are to yourself and others. In doing so, don’t be surprised when you attract what you want in your life!
