My entire life, I desperately wanted to have a much better looking body. Inside, I was wrought with anxiety because I was a 125 pound weakling, desperate to find a way to put some muscle on my skinny frame. I would always compare myself to others, I thought, "Man, why can't I at least be average?". " It didn’t even occur to me, that I could be strong and muscular as opposed to look like a toothpick!
Looking back, I am convinced I was probably too negative and I was not as skinny as I thought, but at the time, it was everything. I had no confidence and self-esteem, I was hidding my arms and chest, I really considered myself to be a nobody.
And then, in a split second moment of reflection, it came to a shock. I realized that I would never be happy on the inside if I couldn’t be happy with my outside. It was like if something inside my head just "snapped" and I understood that I needed to take a 180 degree turn. I knew I had to change my mindset to learn how to build lean muscle mass. It was time to get started. Suddenly, sitting around whining and complaining about my tiny frame seemed stupid. I realized the only answer was to stop talking and start working. After all, talking never built anyone muscles!!
It was time to learn how to build lean muscle mass, no matter what the obstacles, how hard it was, or how long it took. I decided there was not one thing that would stop me. I had made the firm decision to start my muscle building journey.
Once I had studied everything I could on how to build lean muscle mass, I got started. It took a lot of time and experimentation, but ultimately I figured out how to build lean muscle mass. At first it was unbelievably hard, but I was determined to succeed. I didn’t miss a workout at the gym, no matter how much I felt like skipping a session. I had promised to keep going and never quit.
Gradually, I started to put on pounds. It was only a few months before I was 15 pounds heavier with solid muscle. It was clear to see that all the time I invested learning how to build lean muscle mass and my dedicated work was already paying out. So I continued to work hard. You could always find me following my training and eating schedule. There was no way I was quitting and going back to my "skinny shape". Week after week, month after month, I never stopped training.

I would face down and achieve the things I most hated to do just to get closer to my goals. I would train instead of taking a nap, force myself to hit the sack when I wanted to stay up a little later, and I would eat even if it was the last thing I felt like doing. As months passed, my muscles continued to grow. Suddenly, I could walk around with confidence. So, I kept working out and I kept on getting bigger. I didn’t give up.
So even today, I keep on training and I am still improving my body. The smartest and most rewarding thing I have ever done in my life was learning how to build lean muscle mass and putting that knowledge to work. It has changed me from without and within. I am now a new human being, confident about my appearance and my healthy body. I am no longer shy to take my shirt off and I don’t have to hide my body in oversize clothes. I have a strong and powerful body.
I have totally turned my life around. I feel in amazing shape, I am lacking the proper words to appropriately describe my condition. On top of that, I know that if I make a goal, I can reach it.
