Businesses require to staff their operations, the process involves bringing new talent and manpower and into business and making their organization productive. Matching accurately the needs of an organizational job position with the abilities and skills of a particular person is considered as effective Human Resources Management. The foundation on which forms the organizational set up is productive staff in any organization and it is known as Human Capital. Human Resource Management is a highly demanding and balancing profile in which one has to hire resources according to the requirement of the job profile and who develops healthy long term relationship with the organization and contribute in their own unique way towards the growth and prosperity of the firm. On the other hand, they are required to take care of the company’s budgets and find the people those who are affordable and also trainable. They are required to train both present and new people on board and the organization grows. One of the other branches of Human resource Management is responsive personnel system which assists in the overall growth of the organization and considered as the ital requirement for growth. Among several roles of Human resources Management, one is to make the basic company’s policies on set guidelines and principles that the company believes in. So that when employees, or for that matter the entire organization follows these rules appropriately, they deliver better performances and show better revenues and growth rates than those who do not follow them. This proves the effectiveness of the Human resource Management in the organization. Another, very important function of Human resource Management is the process of hiring Human Capital. This is the process of selecting competent professionals for each job profile, through a systematic approach followed by the department. After thorough investigation about one’s knowledge, skills and verification of other qualifications that the company seeks from a particular job profile is scrutinized proactively. Human resource management ensures that personnel needs are sufficiently met. Human resource management conducts job interviews, develops job descriptions, prepares detailed job specification etc. Also, one of the most vital aspects of Human Resource Management is to carry out training and development programs through a well established training and education support system. Training and development programs greatly affects the quality of the resources and impact the revenue, it determines long term profitability by maintaining healthy relationship of employees with the company. As training programs are not only required and profitable for new employees but also tenured employees are required to get acquainted with the latest developments in the industry.
