Human rights research- a Research Strategy to List of violence ,Courts and Declaration In Kenya

List of report based on reports from U.S. government departments, and Amnesty International and many human rights activists is that the implementation of the Declaration on many rights is a mere formality and the administration's human rights remain poor although there have been improvements. List of human rights of the child to education and women's human rights to dignity as contained in the declaration of human rights are constantly violated by the police administration itself.
Rights of the Child Rights, the rights of persons with disabilities, housing rights of man, the human rights of employment, rights of refugees, rights reproductive, trafficking of human rights are violated on several occasions and there is no control over it by the administration and adequate courts system is not available. National media and local human rights continue to list that excessive use of police force has led to murder.
List of violation of the declaration of human rights, including the abuse of detainees, harsh prison conditions, corruption, official impunity, arbitrary arrests and detention, prolonged pretrial detention; damage to human life private and restrictions on freedom of the press, assembly and association remains beyond the reach of courts. Other violations of human rights including female genital mutilation, discrimination based on ethnicity and nationality, and restrictions on trade unions are kept out of reach of the courts.

Kenya has adopted the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, 1948, and is the State member of the UN human rights since 16-12-1963. Since all persons in Kenya are entitled to all rights and freedoms set forth in this Declaration, without distinction of any kind such as race, color, sex, language, religion, political opinion or other national or social origin, property, birth or other status. These human rights adopted by Kenya understand that slavery and the slave trade shall be prohibited in all their forms.
No one shall be subjected to torture or to cruel, inhuman or degrading treatment that no one shall be subjected to arbitrary arrest, detention or exile, everybody in Kenya has the right to education.

Education shall be free, at least in the elementary and fundamental stages. Elementary education is compulsory. Technical and professional education shall be made generally available and higher education shall be equally accessible to all on the basis of merit.

The Republic of Kenya is a member of an international organization founded as the Organization of African Unity to promote cooperation among independent nations of Africa. It has ratified several conventions on human rights and United Nations has therefore binding international commitments to respect the standards set in these documents that universal human rights. To the extent that Kenya has ratified the Optional Protocols to those conventions, the people of Kenya and their representatives are able to assert their rights by these agencies.
All the people of Kenya can turn to the UN Committee for Human Rights violations of specific human rights. Since Kenya is a member of the African Union, its citizens and NGOs can file complaints with the African Commission on Human and Peoples' Rights. They can also file complaints under the guidelines of the European Union (on human rights, the death penalty and torture) to the embassies of the Member States of the European Union and the delegations of European Commission. In cases of violations of human rights by multinational companies, they may also invoke the NCP in a member state of the OECD. . Kenya has joined the international criminal courts and can therefore be called in case of serious crimes.
