If you find yourself say, "I dont lose weight" you are not alone. You can lose weight and you can lose it fast if you have the desire to. In my opinion, diet is the most important factor next to exercise in losing weight. Although you do not have to do a traditional workout, just stay active. Go on a hike, take a bicycle ride, go walking, go running with your dog, and do other things to spontaneously mix it up. Sometimes when you get in the habit of calling it a “workout” and remain doing the same thing over and over, it becomes a mental wall that is too hard to overcome. Besides, keeping your workouts mixed up and unpredictable is the best way to achieve great results. In conclusion, just remember that you do not have to be that individual telling themselves, "I dont lose weight." Given the right changes to your workouts, diet, and motivation, you can achieve tremendous fat loss regardless of who you are.
