If you look back at the history of technology and development of mankind, you will realize that it was the invention of the wheel that has helped us in elevating the society to the present stage. Definitely there have been other inventions as well such as radio, TV, the telephone, cars, bikes etc. However, in one way or the other the wheel has helped in almost all man made inventions.

The wheel has also contributed indirectly to the progress of mankind. It was the wheel that initially allowed people to carry heavy weights from one place to another without using too much force. It paved the way for organized agriculture.

Castors are just smaller wheels, so what if they were never developed? What if some one never thought to develop small size wheels to move furniture and other stuff.

If there were no castors, it would mean shopping without a shopping cart or shopping with a shopping cart that has no wheels. How would you like carrying kilos of groceries around the store? Or it could mean no shopping carts at all, then how would you shop?

Obviously, people cannot stop shopping, because everyone has to eat. You would have to work your way down each aisle putting the groceries in a hand bag. It might not be such a big problem for people who are single, but what about the people who are shopping for their family.

After buying your groceries, let’s think about taking the trash to the curb. Today it is very easy to take the trash to the curb with trashcans that have castors, but what if they did not have them? You would have to carry the trash to the curb yourself. Now this might not be much of a problem for some people but for others such as the elderly it might be.

Have you ever thought about the other things in your home that rely on castors? Just for example, your vacuum cleaner. If you have a larger model vacuum cleaner, how would you like dragging it around the home without castor wheels on? Then there is the pram for your baby, you don’t want to have to carry a baby in your arms all day. So many carnival rides would not exist if it wasn’t for castor wheels.

You must have also sat on an office chair at some point. How would it be if that chair did not have any wheels? So many larger pieces of furniture at your home also use castor wheels.

Now how do you feel about castors? These are just a few things with which castor wheels have made your life easier.

The Quiet Engine Behind Every Connection Most people think of telecom services as towers, signals, and mobile data moving invisibly through the air. Yet behind every call that connects and every message that reaches its destination, there is another system quietly working in the background. That system is the call center. While customers often interact with telecom companies only when something goes wrong, these centers operate constantly, guiding problems toward solutions an

Dashboards showed rising interest and more inquiries than ever before. Yet behind the scenes, many companies began to notice a quiet problem. Revenue growth did not match the flood of leads. Sales teams felt overwhelmed, conver
