I stopped smoking myself on a Christmas morning more than 20 years ago with no planning, and no side effects. This was after many years of smoking up to 3 packs a day. It was a miracle, and I know that God orchestrated a Divine Healing for me. I also know that my subconscious mind planned it for me that way. I have studied and experimented for years to give a similar experience to my clients.

In using Hypnosis, we give positive suggestions to the subconscious mind in order to change the “internal programming”. The rest of the therapy helps us clear away the stress factors that we are coping with. Smoking is a coping device for our life, and we need to clear the path so that the smoking habit is not just transferred to another unhealthy habit, behavior, or reaction in our lives.

Most of my clients stop smoking permanently after one to three sessions. At our center we use a combination of Hypnotherapy, Energy Healing, Emotional Freedom Technique, and NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming). Here are some of the ideas that I give them to help change their energy at home, the car, and at work.

I suggest that they use a Hypnosis recording at least once a day for 21 days, and then every few days or once a week for as long as they feel that they need reinforcement.

Well, we "try" and don't accomplish things. One of the first things that we need to do is to change our internal language, and the way that we speak to others (or type!) in describing ourselves and our intentions.

As the Nike commercial has said - "Just Do It"! When we start thinking that THIS is who we are, and how we behave, the "magical" changes take place. All true change takes place in our imaginations first. I have helped hundreds of client completely let go of their self-image as a smoker. That way they don't Quit, they shift easily and permanently in only a few hours.

Change the way that you think and you can change your life. Hypnosis, affirmations, EFT, and so many other techniques actually switch your subconscious mind so that you can create the new behaviors and peace of mind that you want on the subject.

In my years of helping clients to be totally free of their smoking habit/addiction, I have found the a customized approach using a combination of therapies work best.

A free ebook is available http://www.stopsmokingwithdrsally.com that gives you some ideas on changing the way your inner mind thinks of smoking and your habits around smoking. There are many free suggestions in the book to help you in stopping smoking on your own.nn
