You may apply for a visa for adopted child or children if you want them to live with you in the UK. As for all who come to the UK legally, your adopted child or children must submit according to the Immigration Law requirements. This article shall explain briefly about the facts and steps on how you can be with your adopted children and what the UK Immigration Law requires of you.
One of the more painful experiences an individual could face is deportation from the United Kingdom. According to the UK immigration law, an individual is ordered to be deported due to some indiscretions. The law also stipulates that an individual with an order for deportation is removed from the United Kingdom and will be held in custody until deported to his country. This order is absolute and you cannot be once again admitted to the UK as a precaution because the visa application is cancelled as long as the order remains effective.
After all your requirements are met in accordance to the UK Immigration Law, the application for British passport is made to the Home Office, or more specifically, the Identity and Passport Service or IPS. If you are abroad and wishes to apply for the same purpose, you may do so in the embassies or consulates in your country. Better yet, before you make your travel arrangements to the destination of your choice you must keep the embassies contact information numbers listed in your diary in case you need a replacement passport.
If you have children over sixteen years old who have been previously included in your passport, you may be surprised to find out that they need British passports of their own because the UK immigration law recently made changes to the process. The children's rules on passport say that the child can have a passport for five years, and can continue using it until the age of sixteen.
According to the Designation of Overseas Adoptions, your adopted child should be included in the list of designated countries to be able to enter UK. If your adoptive child's country is not in the list, there is an option to apply for adoption in the UK courts. The UK immigratio
Law visa for adopted child also expressed that a child can usually stay permanently in the UK soils as long as they are in the designated country list. If not, your child can stay for up to a year until the courts decided to let your child stay indefinitely.
Be advised that there are required documents for the adopted child, so all the requirements should be met from the child's country of origin. You child will enjoy the benefit of being a British citizen only if you or your spouse is a British citizen when the adoption took place.
With regard to the convicted deportee, they will be deported after they had served their sentence in the UK prison, or in some cases, they will be deported at once without serving time in the UK. Depending on the gravity of the individual's offence, a deportation order is carried out and served immediately. If the offender nears serving his time, it is up to the judges to decide whether to deport the offender depending on the crime committed.
