You have purchased this beautiful home and want to do everything that you can to protect it. You will go the extra mile, sometimes adding security systems, and making certain you have sound locks etc. The investment into protecting and being aware is priceless, for a 24/ 7 protection plan.

Our immune system is much like this security system we have added to our home to keep it save and protected. Our bodies are our beautiful reality of life. The immune system is that security. The job of the immune system is to protect the body from the foreign invaders that could possibly harm our bodies from wellness. That alarm immune response of the immune system is what happens within the body when these invasions take place. Our bodies are made up of the natural protection plan that protects us on a 24/7 plan. The immune system protects from many different invaders known as antigens. Sometimes the immune system can become weak or overloaded, this then opens the body to a wide range of potential unhealthy situations.

The immune system is on constant protection and constant attach. The attaches can be environmental, internal weakness, and more.

The system is made up of many different cells, glands, organs and tissues: tonsils, adenoids, lymph nodes, lymphatic vessels, thymus, spleen, appendix, peyer’s patches, and bone marrow. It is when one part of the system becomes weak or drained then who system will suffer, and your wellness and basic health is compromised and put at risk. Making the body at risk of susceptibly to many different diseases and infections.

Some people are born with inadequate immune systems, and some will develop inadequate immune systems over time. Another can be the body developing and autoimmune disease and the body begins to fight itself, and not the intruders. All of these can then begin to make for the body to have weaknesses and to suffer losing the battle that the immune system was sent to do.

Much like a security system in your beautiful home. The batteries can get low, or the system gets a programming error, or your forgot to pay the security system bill.

Stress can cause the immune system to have a negative battle within the body causing the system to weaken. Cortisol in a chemical that plays a big role in our bodies when they are under ‘bad’ stresses. Good stress tells us when we need to do something and has a positive effect. Bad stress on the other hand creates a battle within and keeps us from fighting off the germs and illnesses. Stress can create: anxiety, depression, anger, illnesses when experienced over a period of time.

When dealing and living in a stressful life the best thing that can be done is to help the immune system is to keep the stressors to low and this is accomplished by how we react to those stresses. This is done by being more positive, developing coping skills and reclaiming power over the drama traumas of life and have a more positive influence within the immune system. If you do stress you will find the system will find a weak point and will release the stress somehow within the physical body as the internal war is raging. React in a more controlled manner, finding positive and empowering levels of self reaction and awareness helps the system stay balanced.

When the immune system is not working properly and the job has become too much you will likely become sick. We spoke briefly on what can happen and how it can happen and what are some of the triggers etc.

The body is constantly under attack and the immune system is constantly working to fight off harmful bacteria, pathogens, viruses and anything that is trying to cause harm to your body. The immune system sometimes can use a little boost, or if you were born with no immune system or develop a weak system you can always boost the system with alte
ative ways to keep it healthy. Making adjustments to your reactions, changing the environment causing issues, developing coping skills and more to keep invaders from taking up residency in your beautiful home.

Another way you can boost the immune system to support it with a supplement designed and developed for that cause. Super Immune capsules from Soltara Essences are an excellent source to boost the immune system.
