In a way it can be said that the customer service team works in coordination with this team. This is because they represent the client side through the feedback they generate via interactions. The feedback from customer service team is analyzed, thought in detail and accordingly actions are planned. For instance if the customers have suggested a change in the existing product the customer relationship management team will see if bringing those changes would be feasible financially to the company, will it be accepted by a large audience and many such questions.
