This is because without proper nutrition, the body can not have any energy to use their movements, which makes it difficult to have adequate physical exercise or welfare activity, thereby decreasing health.
In the psychological part, a person without the proper nutrition it needs the mind would not be able to higher psychological processes, so the need for a healthy psychological disposition also becomes a lot of achievements. However, it is important to consider in terms of their own well-being of health and nutrition scientists are also accepting the idea that the mind, especially the consciousness of a person is able to override their own design. While this may be true, the contribution of adequate food intake to increase our own welfare triangle nutritional health is undeniable.
