Conceiving a baby becomes stressful at times, hence try to keep some time aside for relaxation – this applies for your partner as well. Try meditation and yoga, they are good for your mind and soul.

Finally, enjoy sexual intercourse. Try to indulge in more intercourse during the time your partner is ovulating. It obviously increases your chances of becoming a father.
