Very few landlords actually treat their properties given on rent as a business. To tenants and others the Dubai property rental business might seem like an effortless job. But our property rental company knows how much time and energy is needed to be expended towards this business in favor of success. Such a business always encounters many problems. But by organizing yourself, you can always rise above them.

When your tenants complain about something, be sure to respond to them as soon as you can or by the very next day. Their complaints are usually about casual repairs that need to be carried out in the apartment. So it is best to always keep aside a certain budget in case such issues rise in future or incase your tenants happen to move out sooner than you expected.

When you have many Dubai apartments to rent out, repairs and other implementations carried out in the apartment must be recorded periodically. Pluming, electrical, roofing, etc. should all be noted in that record. It is still better to ask your tenants to report to you immediately if they find something wrong with the interiors or exteriors of your place. Also, always provide them with your contact details or the details of someone who can take your place incase you are out of the city and unable to attend to them.
