Incorporating colors into Life Coaching

Color coaching can be a lot of fun for the coach and the client. People are often unconscious of how often they use this skill. Every morning when you choose what clothes to wear, you are making decisions based on color schemes. Finding your preference may tell you more about yourself and how you can thrive in your life. Purple is the highest vibration. It is often associated with healing and creativity. Ultra violet rays evoke thought’s of royalty and says ” I’m not wearing conservative red, or liberal blue, but rather a combination of the two.” Yellow is like the sun and makes me think of joy and positive vibes. It’s loud and energetic. Red is powerful and in Some native cultures is considered the path of truth. The classic read tie is considered the “power” tie. Blue is considered ” blue collar” and true blue. Blue is a trusted color that evokes casual with professional. Balance is the key. The other key is to find your groove. Grey style that is lacking in color makes a bland statement. Too much color just seems too abrasive and loud. Vary it up and learn what your favorite two colors are today. Turquoise is seen as a shaman color and is hard to look away from. Choose a tea mug that shows your favorite colors too. Mix up your t-shirt collection so you can mix and match your style. Don’t be afraid to go out on a limb and get a little adventurous. I’m not saying you have to change your wardrobe or dye your hair, just have fun and observe your key colors.
