In the airline industry, there has to be at least ten or more companies trying to get you to use their airline. So how do you stand out above all of them? In order to set yourself apart you must promote who you are and that you can fix their problem. Branding is simply figuring out what people need and prove to them that you are the one who can make the pain go away. There must be hundreds of different sneakers out there but Nike is number one…BRANDING You want people to remember YOU when it comes time to make a purchase. For instance, you have branded your pet products as "Pet Lovers". People don’t know unless you tell them and prove that this product is truly loved by pet owners. Once the brand is consistently patronized by the people, you will be able to achieve success and your products will certainly have an edge over unbranded products. As previously mentioned, branding is one of the most important yet the most unappreciated aspects of Internet marketing, particularly in terms of web advertising. Since most advertising programs are focused on click-through rates (since it is the basis of earning through online-based affiliate programs), Internet marketers often neglect the importance of branding. This is unfortunate since your success is dependent on branding awareness. Without branding, there is no sense that the product or services you are endorsing will be popular to your clients. A key element to Branding is Having REAL people leave testimonials about how pleased they are with your product and that it did everything you said it would do and more. Also…you must give more than people expect. You want people to walk away feeling like they got a lot more value from the money they spent. How often do you feel you got what you paid for? Do you ever feel like you got ripped off? I don’t shop again where I got taken for a ride. In fact, I’ll tell everyone how bad the service was. I can’t say it enough…Give more than people expect and don’t rip them off. Have you ever seen the commercials on TV that say you get this widget for $19.99. BUT WAIT THERE’S MORE...IF YOU CALL RIGHT NOW WE’LL DOUBLE YOUR ORDER JUST PAY SEPARATE SHIPPING AND HANDLING. What a rip off…How stupid do they really think we are? Don’t do business like this. People can read between the lines. The better deal here would be to double the order and NOT charge a separate shipping and handling charge RIGHT?
