Obesity is rising at a rapid rate that has turned into a global problem. There are more than one billion people overweight and 300 million obese worldwide.nnOver the past 25 years obesity has increased dramatically. It was very unusual to see a 300lb person 25 years ago. Today it is very common to go to the mall or get on a train and see someone that size. What is causing the obesity outbreak?nWho is to blame for the epidemic? Do you blame yourself, the media or weight industry? These are answers that people want to know.nnPart of the reason this epidemic has grown so rapidly is because people need to be educated about obesity and how to reduce it. It’s not just a case of telling people to stop eating so much and exercise. It’s not just a case of giving people a few ideas and telling them to go and implement them. People need to know how to do these things.nnThe eating habits that people created are so ingrained in their minds that they immediately grab hold to them daily. They have no idea how to change these habits. They don’t know where to begin. So many rely on diets and they never experience true success.nnPeople struggle with emotional eating, uncontrollable snacking, stress, a lack of motivation, and living a complete sedentary life. All of these factors contribute to weight gain and the rapid rate of obesity.nnA lot of people don’t want to be overweight. They want to live a normal healthy life without weight issues. They don’t want to be included in the obesity epidemic. Those who say I am happy with my weight are not being completely honest with themselves. When they sit and think about and really search within they will realize they are not happy with their weight.nnLosing weight requires a complete overhaul of your life. Anyone who tells you any different is completely full of it. It’s more to it then buying some packaged food and heating it up in the microwave. There are steps and certain actions you must put into place to achieve real success.nnYou have to be ready 210% to permanently lose weight and remove yourself from the rising obesity epidemic. You can’t just say I want to lose weight. You gave to say I am going to lose weight. You have to really believe you are going to do it.n
