According to The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) approximately 50 million people have some type of arthritis. Rheumatoid arthritis, lupus, gout, osteoarthritis are among the many types of the disease mentioned within the organization’s report.rnThe report comes out as millions of Baby Boomers head into a new year feeling more joint pain, especially now that retirement is looming. What’s more, the obesity and fattening of America continues to play a major role in the burgeoning problem.rnDegenerative joint supplement maker Flexcin has been working with an increasing number of individuals, baby boomers and younger, who’ve been complaining about discomfort in their joints. A growing number of people actually prefer the dietary joint supplement over alternatives because it’s easier on their digestive system and offers no side effects compared with prescribed pain medications.rnThe CDC’s report was based on a survey conducted where 9.4 percent of adults admitted everyday activities get disrupted by painful arthritis. The results from a previous survey showed only 8.8 percent of people in a similar category. Clearly, Americans are feeling more joint pain as we enter 2011.rnThe report also featured a variety of stats that show the percentage of arthritis among various age groups relative to body mass index. We’re becoming more obese and our joints are paying the price with more arthritis. More than a third of those with a body mass index of 40 or above said they have some form of arthritis.rnJust like many conditions, a variety of factors go into joint discomfort and the rise of degenerative joints, including poor diet choices, lack of exercise, leading a sedentary lifestyle, among other things. Flexcin allows people to build back lost cartilage in their joints so that they can get back to a regular exercise routine.
