The objective of this famous practice is to unite one conciseness and soul with the divine powers. This should be achieved through many spiritual and physical activities. Many tourists from all over the world travel to India to have some distinctive yoga courses. rnThe most famous type of yoga renewed all over the world is called Hatha Yoga. This type mainly consists of special body postures and some intensive mental and physical practices that purify the soul and the mind. This is where many of the best yoga centers and teachers are located. Leyngar is one of the most renowned types of yoga famous in India and in many other places around the world. This approach of yoga is featured with its precise physical postures with the help of various props like blocks and chairs. Yoga is among the most famous activities carried out by several tourists who travel to India. rnAnother popular type of Indian yoga is Ashtanga. Dissimilar to Leyngar, Ashtanga is featured by moving from one physical posture to the other in the most perfect harmony. However, this type of yoga would sometimes be frustrating for beginners as they have to mater the first move before going to the second one, and so on. Yoga is quite popular among tourists who spend their vacations in India. A relatively new trend in yoga is called Viniyoga. This is where the focus would be the various different situations of people doing yoga and how they would deal with diverse moves and postures. This type of yoga is popular among the younger tourists who enjoy their holidays in India. Meditation on the other hand is usually practiced after many sessions of yoga when the practitioners awake the energy they have inside their bodies and soul. Vipassana meditation, for instance, is taught mainly by the Buddha where practitioners spend around 10 consecutive hours of mediation a day. Meditation is another marvelous experience never to be missed during holidays in India. More exact, the Tibetan Buddhist meditation is becoming more and more popular among travelers who tour India. It involved many types and approaches of meditation and yoga all together. This is why it is considered quite a rich experience never to be missed while in India, the land of magic and legends. The area around the center of the Da Lai Lama has become quite popular among tourists who visit India for the sake of studying Tibetan yoga. There are a large number of centers that provides the best yoga and meditation courses both for beginners and advanced practitioners.
