In fact, about 20 percent of couples who have difficulty in conceiving of male infertility as the real cause of your problem and 40 percent of the problem is with both parties. Where only man is infertile, there is a probability of 10 to 15 percent is the cause of azoospermia, where there are no sperm at all. Unluckily in the majority cases this is incurable. However, most of the problems of infertility is when sperm is produced, although damaged or may not work correctly, they can be successfully solved. "Male factor infertility," as it is called, is almost half of all cases caused or contributed to by defects in sperm. These in turn are mostly caused by physical defects which mostly are not curable, but nevertheless can be overcome by a "solution" operation. The main example is the varicocele, which is often compared to having a varicose vein in the scrotum, which prevent or hinder sperm from being released at the right time. About 20 percent of all men have this, but fortunately in most cases it does not affect fertility or semen quality. However, it is the cause of infertility in 40 percent of infertile men. The treatment for infertility in such condition like varicocele usually involves the recovery of sperm. Healthy sperm is selected and extracted directly from the testicles and brought them into the women through intrauterine insemination or in vitro fertilization. If much of the sperm is damaged, a procedure known as "sperm washing" can be used. This is where the sperm have difficulty moving because of another issue in the way. The semen sample is spun to separate the sperm from the field, such as fatty acids and blood cells. The sperm concentrate is used in the treatment of In Vitro Fertilization IVF or intrauterine insemination, or injected directly into the egg through Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI). This is a very short and basic detail of some of the infertility treatment for male. Alternative treatments include acupuncture and herbal remedies. The key point to consider if you're thinking all kinds of fertility treatments, plus the need to follow the advice of his counsel given, is that your body must be in top condition at all times. So check your lifestyle in order to give yourself and your body the best chance of success. Factors such as diet, exercise, body weight and stress play an important role only in male fertility and female fertility. If you eat a lot of junk food and takeaways, change slowly if required, to healthy foods rich in protein and vitamins. If you are overweight or rarely exercise, start exercising, gently at first. Just walking for a couple of hours a week is a good start. And if you have to deal with stress as part of their normal day of everyday life do everything possible to reduce or eliminate.
