Expansion Valve It is designed to controls functionality in the air conditioning system. It senses the evaporator’s (cooling coil) temperature, and then it lets the liquid refrigerant pass through a small orifice to the evaporator. As the refrigerant travels through the opening, it is expanded back into a low-pressure, low-temperature gas. If it has some problem, technicians resolve it to make the system smooth and efficient.
