Heart links open the Healing Channel of Compassion and allow healing energies to flow throughout the body. I recommend doing this exercise daily so that healing energies are allowed to enter the body as frequently as possible and make us feel whole once more, overflowing with loving healing energy!
At first this exercise may seem hard to complete but with a little practise and visualisation you will reap the rewards. If you find it easier dictate these instructions on to a tape so that you can listen to them at will.
Step 1 - Sit down in a quiet place where you will not be disturbed for 10 minutes. Relax and take 10 deep breathes. When you breathe out imagine all negative energy leaving your body and when you breathe in your body is filling with golden light.
Step 2 - Now imagine a golden light coming from inside your heart which grows with every breathe. Acknowledge how good this feels whilst it grows in strength.
Step 3 - Imagine a golden cord of energy coming out of the top of the heart which travels through your neck (throat chakra), then up through your head (third eye chakra) and out the top of your head (crown chakra). Once the cord leaves your head imagine the golden cord of energy reaching up to the heavens and feeding into the heart of your guardian angel. Let the love from your heart flow into your angels heart for about a minute. It feels great to give love!
Step 4 - Now that you have given love to your Angel, your guardian angel is sending his love back down the golden energy cord through your head and into your heart 10 times stronger that you sent upwards. Feel the Loving golden energy flowing into your heart. Your body is throbbing with energy, your heart over flowing and your body feels amazing. Your body is full of Golden Healing Energy. Sit now for 2 minutes to absorb the energies.
Step 5 - Once you are ready to come back imagine the cords disappearing and thank your Angel for the Energy just received.
Step 6 - Once you open your Eyes touch your left hand on your right knee and your right hand on your left knee. This will help to ground your energies.
Use this exercise as often as possible its benefits are plentiful.
