A report in 2003 indicated that over 96 percent of adult males and females spend at least 4 hours a day doing leisure activities like watching television, socializing or exercising, even.

Numerous studies have shown that a simple calendar used to planning your day can increase productivity by up to 10%.

A 2009 survey showed the average life expectancy in the U.S. more than 78 years.

If you do the math up to an hour per day wasted doing something that has no benefit for yourself or others than ever in a lifetime is more than 28,000 hours lost in life.

However, some people claim that there is no time ...

Are there really no time, or are people too lazy? I think that is obviously subjective, but I think the vast majority of people are lazy when they cite "not having enough time" as a reason not to succeed in internet marketing, life, exercise, whatever the case.

Take a good look and see if there is only one minute (or as large as one hour) a day of extra time can be devoted to a new business idea or a new task. Over many years, all those hours can add up a lot. Even if you earned $ 20 for that extra 1 hour per day, more than 20,000 hours is more than you can earn $ 400,000 in just over 50 years. Consider how you could invest that money and could be a millionaire several times in half that time.

A couple of tips to win a couple of hours per day you can use to become a millionaire before you retire.

* Turn off the computer. (Yes, try it! It's incredibly easy to do anything after turning off the computer, like oh I do not know ... maybe go talk to some local businesses and become a local consultant so they can earn extra money.
* Take breaks. And, taken frequently. You will not believe how you can get side tracked, and if you force yourself to take a break every hour or so, you can set a new plan of action for when you return to work and forced stay and really save time.
* Be creative and challenge yourself. Can you take an hour to solve a given problem? Accept the challenge of solving the problem and move on in 40 minutes instead.
* Choose your fights. Want to spend 2 hours arguing with a company that billed $ 10 extra or want to go to earn $ 20 per hour for two hours instead of a net gain of $ 30? It all adds up.

Re-evaluate where you are wasting your time and challenge yourself to be more productive and better use of time! I do not like the excuse of "not enough time", there is always enough time.
