A typical questio
I get a lot of new Internet marketing and affiliate marketing is "How do I choose a contract worker not?"

That's a very fair and appropriate for new online marketers are called for, because sooner or later, you're probably going to want to outsource something. And most likely will not want to pay big money to "hire a company," so it makes more sense to order the low cost in many cases. But how does one really knows when it's time to outsource a job online?

Not sure whether to outsource? Time vs. money debate.

When I'm talking about outsourcing to someone who is not sure whether to use an external provider, my first question to them is what is your time worth? (And I'm not asking for a super inflated ego high number here.) This number is what you really value their time in dollar terms. What would you do "other things".

Let's say your time is worth $ 50 per hour for 8 hours or more per day working. If you take an hour to complete a task, which has used $ 50 of your time. Now if you could have contracted the same task for $ 25, "a sort of" saved $ 25 that could have been done do your stuff, right? Normally this would be a scenario where you might want to outsource this task rather than do it yourself.

How to choose the right person to use as your outsourcer?

Here is a list of criteria to use when selecting an outsourcing company:

* Are the right price for what my intentions are with them?
* Comes highly recommended by someone you trust?
* Have I seen your work before? And quality is my level?
* Am I "met" this person or contact them enough where I feel comfortable with them as a person and can hit deadlines? Besides, our personality, "working together" enough that I feel comfortable does business with them?

These questions are starting to be having a positive response, otherwise I'll keep looking. Sometimes it can be as little as a clash of personalities that I have to pass someone, even if they come highly recommended. This is one of the biggest pitfalls I see in the recruitment of subcontracts, which just take a reference and not bother to see if it is a good match for them.

Signs that it's time to outsource a job online:

* You can be making more money if I had someone to do X task while you concentrate on the task, rather than do both.
* Feeling frustrated with a particular task and if someone can do for you, your mood and companies could potentially improve.
* Creative / Technical / or otherwise are unable to do the job (duh subcontract or start learning!)
* Many other grounds on which only "makes sense" to outsource.
