Intuition

Intuition is the wisdom from within from our Divine self. We are all intuitive beings whether we are aware of it or not. Intuition is a natural ability from Source that we are able to tap into. It is available to assist us in living our life more consciously with intention and fulfillment.

Intuition is also called the sixth sense, psychic ability, an inner knowing or gut feeling that we experience. It is also called the still small voice within us. We all have the opportunity to access this powerful innate resource of truth. Learning to trust our psychic ability and cultivate it is the key to developing intuition.

Like all natural gifts, intuition needs to be acknowledged, nurtured, developed and used with positive intention. What you focus on expands as energy follows awareness. The same holds true for intuition. The more you use it the more you develop your psychic abilities organically just like creativity for the artist.

Meditation

Meditation was the first step for me in realizing I had access to divine wisdom. At first I wasn’t sure if I was meditating correctly or not. I practiced it daily with the assistance from the weekly meditation class that I attended back in the summer of 1983.

By September of that year when I went into meditation by focusing my thoughts on my breath, I was able to tap into my intuition very easily. Then I received practical yet spiritual answers to questions posed by myself or by others. This was the beginning of a new life for me, a calling to do spiritual work instead of being the school teacher that I had planned to be.

How do you make God laugh? Tell Him your plans. Although my teachers were inner, new people came into my life who encouraged me along the way on my new spiritual path. I practiced meditation daily and continued to grow, learn and share my channeled guidance with friends, family and clients.

Meditation was the key to discovering myself and the hidden treasure chest of gifts within me. There was no outer teacher to guide me and at times I wished that I had a sage to talk with to help me along the way. Instead I had to keep going within for the answers, thus developing my intuition further.

Each day, moment to moment I have been guided ever since then and I continue with my meditation practice. Most of the time I listen to the still small voice and things flow nicely for me. Other times when I do not listen to my higher power, I get to see that it would have better if I had. Things would have flowed more easily. Either way I learn.

Intuitive Reading Session

When a client sets up an appointment for an intuitive reading session with me by phone or in person, I suggest that they write down their questions before the session. The specific questions help to focus their intention on what they want guidance for in their life.

At the beginning of the intuitive reading session with each individual I go into a meditative state. Then I pray and ask Spirit to allow me to be a clear and pure channel of love, healing and guidance for the client. After each question the answer flows through me in words, pictures or both.

At the end of the intuitive reading session the client usually feels calm, peaceful and uplifted. The guidance that they receive helps them find a new perspective. It's like the pieces of a puzzle have come together for them which is very helpful and encouraging. The energy that I channel during a session is loving, compassionate, nurturing and comforting which is healing in itself. The session ends with a blessing for the client as well as their family, home and career.

My Intention

My intention for the session is that the seeker feels satisfied that the highest and best purpose for them has been served. It brings me great joy to help my clients to find resolution, to change their perception, to grow, develop and to heal in body, mind, emotion and spirit.

When a client says that they feel better at the end of the session then I know that my intention for them in my spiritual work has been served.

What I know for sure is that my intuition always guides me to what is best for me and others through my intention to serve. I trust that truth as I trust in God who speaks to me through my intuition. Thank you God/Goddess for channeling your love, compassion and wisdom through me so that I may continue to serve. And so it is.
