1. Inevitable miscarriage: This happens when you have bleeding early in your pregnancy and your cervix is open.
2. Threatened miscarriage: This occurs when you are bleeding early in your pregnancy and your cervix is closed.
3. Incomplete miscarriage: This happens when a miscarriage has started but still there are some tissues left in your womb.
4. Complete miscarriage: The womb is empty and the pregnancy has been lost.
5. Delayed or missed miscarriage: Although the developing baby has died yet you haven’t had any bleeding.

Causes of miscarriages:

Most of the miscarriages happen because of a problem in the way the genetic material (chromosomes) combines when the egg of female and male's sperm joins during fertilization. Other causes are:

3. Problems with immune system.
