Do you have a dream you want to realize or a goal you want to accomplish, but you keep getting stuck? Do you feel stuck with an unsatisfactory personal or professional life? A Life Coach will help you get "unstuck". Imagine having someone in your corner to always be supportive of you. Imagine having someone objective who you could talk to about your dreams, your career, your personal life —anything! Imagine having someone who will keep you accountable to the task at hand. A Life Coach will help you get more things accomplished and you will accomplish things more rapidly. If you want to be as successful…as happy…as balanced as you can be, then a Life Coach is what you are looking for.

Life Coaching is a new and rapidly growing profession that is very much different from consulting, mentoring, advice giving, therapy, or counseling. The coaching process addresses specific personal issues (i.e., procrastination, motivation) as well as general conditions and transitions in the client's personal life (i.e., relationships, career). This is done by examining what is going on right now, discovering what your obstacles or challenges might be, and choosing a course of action to shape your life into what you want it to be.

A convenient aspect of Life Coaching is that it is all done over the telephone. Weekly sessions can take as little as 30 minutes right from your home, your office, or even your cell phone. Many Life Coaches also offer unlimited email contact and brief (5 to 10 minute) calls between sessions.

When looking for a Life Coach you must make sure that the person you hire is right for you. Every Life Coach has their own style; some are enthusiastic while others are more laid back. Most Coaches offer a free introductory session that can last up to 45 minutes long. This is an ideal way to find out details about their style and about their process. You will also be able to inform the coach about who you are and what you are looking to accomplish through hiring a Coach. Together you will be able to decide if this is the right match for you.
