Even if you have total recall and can remember your conjugated verbs and vocabulary, you may still have difficulty with sentences, etc. You will only slow your progress if you put a lot of pressure on your self to get fluent fast. What better way to learn how to properly speak Spanish than in a class where everybody else is still learning as well? Everyone can participate in making silly mistakes! It's certainly better than committing your mistakes in front of a stranger who may be less prone to forgiveness. Test yourself with flashcards This may seem very simple, but it works well. Language is largely about memorizing, and these cards help you do just that! You can go beyond simple vocabulary with flashcards, and use different tenses and grammatical rules as well. You can use flashcards almost anywhere you go, as they are portable. It make it more fun if someone else helps you with them.
