nAfter the great sermon on the mountain, Jesus comes down and great multitudes of people followed him. A leper appeared and began to worship Jesus. The Leper asked Jesus to make him clean. Jesus put forth his hand and touched him saying the words “I will, be clean.” Immediately his leprosy was cleansed. nnHave you ever been praying, and the Holy Ghost takes your tongue to speak you in other tongues, and then says to you, “I will.” If this happens to you, you can bank on it, that whatever you were talking to Jesus about will be done.nnJesus told the man to go show himself to the priest, and offer the gift that Moses commanded for a testimony to them. Each time Jesus heals it is a witness or testimony of his power and ability to heal the sick and the afflicted so others who see the miracle will believe upon him and seek out their own salvation. nnWhen Jesus went to Ca-per’na-um, a centurion begged him to heal his servant who lay sick of the palsy and grievously tormented. Jesus started to go to this man’s house. The Centurion answered and said he was not worthy for him to come under his roof, but just to say the word and he was certain his servant would be healed. Jesus saw great faith in him of which he had not found in Israel. In that same hour, Jesus said, let it be done as you have believed and this man’s servant was healed. nnFaith is a great treasure to have in one’s heart and laid up in heaven with God the Father. Faith can bring to pass miracles for those who possess it. It is a treasure that will never grow old, fade or rust. nnHow does a person acquire Faith? Faith comes from hearing the word of God through the anointed of God. Faith comes from reading and studying scripture. More faith comes when you see a prayer answered. Faith also comes from obedience, and asking for this treasure. Each time a person talks to God, the Father in heaven, they should always ask for more faith.nnThroughout this day, Jesus continued to walk the earth, healing the sick, and when he came upon many possessed with devils, he cast them out with his word. These things came to pass to fulfill a prophesy spoken by E-sai’as the prophet saying: “Himself took our infirmities, and bare our sicknesses.” nnOnce again, I want to point out how that when revelations are given and spoken through prophets and prophetess, they don’t always come to pass just as you might think they should. For example, if I heard this prophesy spoke today, I would not see a picture in my head of Jesus walking about the earth, healing the sick and casting out devils. I might think more that a man was going to become sick because others were sick, but instead, what it really meant was that Jesus was going to heal the sicknesses and bear the infirmities. Infirmities are “weaknesses.” People possessed with devils are bearing “weaknesses.” I have personally heard of people possessed with evil spirits who were able to knock down steel doors with one kick of their foot. As I know strength and weakness, I would say that person must be fairly strong. However, Jesus describes such a person as being “weak.”nnWhen Jesus went to the other side of the country of the Ger’ge-senes, he met two possessed with devils, coming out of the tombs with exceeding great force. They did this to keep people from passing that way; I suppose to scare them off. I sure would feel like running the other way if I came upon a tomb with something coming out of it with a great force. When Jesus passed by the tombs, they cried out to him and said, “What have we to do with you, Jesus, thou Son of God? Have you come to torment us before our time? This would make one think that the evil spirits know just who Jesus is, and if this is the case, all the evil spirits that exist today around and about us most likely know the people who are of Jesus. nnThe devils begged Jesus that if he cast them out to let them go into the herd of swine. Jesus only said the word, “Go,” and when the devils came out of the tombs they went into the herd of swine. The entire herd of swine then ran violently down a steep place into the sea, and perished in the waters. Now it seems as if there was someone who kept these devils inside the tombs. So when the devils were cast out into the herd of swine, the people who kept them there, fled also and went their ways into the city, and told the entire story of what happened to the possessed of the devils. nnEvidently, the whole city came then to meet Jesus. When they saw him, they wanted him to leave their coasts. In this, I wonder why? Were they afraid of Jesus, and if so, they must have not wanted to follow after him, and feared what else mightily and powerful Jesus might do.nnJesus entered a ship and sailed into his own city.nnnnThis article is FREE to publish with the resource box.nn© 2007 Connie Limon. Healing rarely looks like we think it will. It’s messier, slower, and much more sacred. Some events split life into before and after. A sudden loss. A betrayal. An illness you didn’t see coming. Trauma feels like a storm that tears down the walls you thought were unshakable. But beneath the wreckage, something else waits. Something you might not expect. With time, and sometimes with the right sacred guidance, the very thing that broke you open can also become what awakens yo

Umrah is a privilege only the chosen ones are blessed with. Umrah is one of the most admired forms of worship even though it is not obligatory in Islam. Umrah holds great importance for all Muslims as it allows them to visit the Holy Kaaba and enables them to worship at the place that is also called the home of Allah. Thus, the journey of Umrah is considered as valuable as other higher forms of worship. rnUmrah by definition is known as a pilgrimage to Makkah. Makkah is the h
