Beauty really is skin deep
If we said goodbye, to cooked, fried and processed foods, foods that are generally served in today’s hotels, restaurants and households and if we opted for a healthy raw food diet many of us could turn back the hands of time. Raw foods can help you to look younger, slimmer and more beautiful.
Being more thoughtful about what you put into your body, gives you a real opportunity to achieve optimum health and vitality. By following a simple raw food plan, you could erase wrinkles, deep creases and age spots, your circles, bags, and eye puffiness disappears, your acne and blemishes would be gone, your teeth would be tighter and your gums would stop bleeding and your skin would glow and your eyes would sparkle.n
You may also notice that you look better without make-up and that you have a natural sunny radiance. People eating a raw food diet are the healthiest looking people. They have a glow to their skin, a shine to their hair and a sparkle in their eyes, who would not want to be fit and healthy and look younger into their old age.
Raw food enthusiasts have a youthful energy; they feel good about themselves and are happy to be alive!
To join the raw food revolution, one simply has to eat uncooked fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and sprouted grains. Other foods that fall into this category are seaweeds, raw carob powder, cold pressed olive oil, coconuts and certain spices and seasonings. Whole, ripe, raw, organic foods in their natural state are what help to keep us healthy, vibrant and free of sickness and disease.
The benefits of eating a raw food diet are numerous; often raw food diets help people to get well when nothing else has worked. Many people have healed themselves of diseases and ailments such as: diabetes, fibromyalgia, acne, migraines, back pain, neck and joint pain, asthma, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, hypoglycaemia, colitis, diverticulitis, candida, arthritis, serious allergies, depression, anxiety, mood swings, heartburn, gas, bloating, skin diseases, obesity, chronic fatigue, cancers, and many more.
Excess weight often seems to just melt away when you eat a raw food diet!n
As a society, we are inundated with an abundance of nutrient deficient foods. Eaten primarily for convenience, processed, fried and refined foods have resulted in an overall decline in health and elevated medical costs in the world today. Processed and foods cooked in hydrogenated oils are usually high in refined carbohydrates and calories.
More often than not our bodies cannot properly assimilate vitamins and minerals from these foods so we find ourselves using expensive supplements to provide us with the necessary building block to help our bodies fight disease and malnutrition. Save your money and go on a raw diet for ten days, see for yourself how good you can feel.n
Some people moving onto a raw diet, experience typical purification symptoms, especially if their previous diet was rich in meat, sugar, alcohol and caffeine. Mild headaches, nausea, and cravings can occur but usually only last for a couple of days. Don’t stop at this point it really is a natural reaction to the toxins leaving your body. Within three to four days, you can find renewed energy and a real feeling of wellbeing.
Giving up cooked food and switching to a raw food diet has helped many people feel well for the first time in their lives. Feeling healthier, reduction of weight and healing your body doesn’t take years, months or even weeks; you can notice changes within days.
When you eat a raw food diet you are feeding your body and your cells with live foods filled with vitamins, minerals, enzymes, and other life giving substances that cooking destroys. Why not give your body the opportunity for optimum health and vitality, how hard can it be?
