This application of Microsoft is booming the online market like anything but if you have too many PST files to manage then it is going to be difficult for you to manage, as the Outlook does not provide you the leverage to use the PST files above 2 GB. Archiving PST files is also a great option for the users who want to save their data permanently. Archive PST files is easy to create via Outlook and your older but confidential info is saved in these archive PST files.

In this situation, only one solution left with you and that is joining all PST files or database together in one file. There are many ways to manage the files in Outlook. Majorly two are as follows:

Importing Files: If you try to join the PST files manually then first thing that you have to do it that you have to import all the items in one PST files to another one by copying all the items in several folders as directly Outlook items folders can be moved from one PST file to another.

Exte
al resource: You can merge any number of items together into one file and joining PST files in various folders. Third party tool reduce your workload to half for joining two PST files.

As exte
