Do you live a Judgment Free life?
Can you live a Judgment Free life?
Are you Judging these words NOW?

How about the fact that we run our lives as one BIG Judgment after another!
How about the fact that we Judge ourselves almost all the time!
How about the fact that we Judge others almost all the time!
How about the fact that we Judge what we do have and what we don't have!
And even Judge our goals and visions!

Is there any aspect of our God given self that we are NOT Judging?
What will it take for us to STOP Judging every breath that we take?
What will it take for us to WAKE up?

Are we AWAKE or ASLEEP?
And how does it feel to be fully AWAKE and ALIVE and to live a Judgment free Life?

Words to ponder and fully express the TRUTH in this moment.

Are you ALIVE? I mean really ALIVE and LOVING every breath that you are taking each moment? Or is the Judgment OVERPOWERING each breath?

I invite you RIGHT NOW to take several deep cleansing breaths in. Feel yourself in the present. Know yourself in the present. Observe yourself in the present and simply be without Judgment. And accept who and what you are.

Can you do this? Do you want to? RIGHT NOW?
Are you free to do this? Are you resisting this invitation?
Do you have an awesome reason for yourself? And is this request EMPOWERING you NOW?

Good! So Now as you are being in the present and observing yourself please imagine yourself as a baby in your mind eye. See what you see. However this baby is appearing is fine. Remember a BABY.

See how cute and cuddly this baby is. See how adorable this baby is. Notice and feel how free this baby is. Look and recall how flexible, excited and energetic this baby is. Hear, feel and see this baby as you laughing and having the best time just by being ALIVE. Hanging out and exploring the surroundings.

Being LOVE and LOVING each moment. LOVING yourself and being LOVED as you. Simply LOVING and PLAYING with life so pleasantly. This baby is you and you have it all inside you.

I encourage you to let it go and hang loose. Hang loose in all of your activities. I am simply loving this Insight as I am writing it and I will certainly practice these Insights. How about you? Are you willing to practice being ALIVE again? FULLY ALIVE and FULLY PRESENT. It's an awesome feeling. I know because I was a Happy and Free baby once.

Let us allow ourselves to be present to life a Judgment Free life moment by moment so that we may contribute our GREATNESS to ourselves and to humanity to create ONENESS.
