With the demands of everyday life, raising children can be a circus. What is the antidote to the stress that parents feel these days?

There are three areas that need to be looked at in order for parents to feel less stressed and for families to be close, connected and totally content. They are: Discipline, Family Time and time alone for each parent, which I call "You" Time.

In order for discipline to be less stressful parents need to feel confident using a system. They cannot "fly-by-the-seat-of-their-pants" and constantly change styles or use different techniques. They need a proven, SIMPLE system that they are trained to use because simplicity and training is what will give them the confidence to set limits and boundaries for their children... with ease.

The second area to look at is one's family life and culture as it exists at this moment. What activities are filling up the 24 hours in their day? Do these activities reflect their top five values? Are the parents and children living faster lives than they would like? Does their family have traditions that they regularly share? Does their family sit down and eat together at least 4-5 times a week? These are just some of the questions parents need to ask themselves and then learn a specific tool to help them establish a perfect routine that also contains special traditions and activities.

The last area to look at when wanting to live an incredible life with children is to look at how much balance one has in their own life right now. Do they feel like they have enough time to spend doing things that they love as well as enough time for their partner and children? Many people say, "You need to find a way to be by yourself for 10 minutes a day" or "You need to take care of yourself", but they never offer a specific tool to help you do that. Many parents, moms in particular, find it an overwhelming task to try and find more time when they feel like they don't have enough time as it is. This is why I love using and teaching parents how to use my signature "Life Circle". This is a tool I use to ensure that my life is fully balanced each and every month of the year.

When parents get these three items in order: Discipline, Family Time and "You" Time, they successfully complete the puzzle of what stress-free parenting looks and feels like.
