Hospitality Management is an enticing but a very cutthroat field. The industry spans the gamut of establishments from restaurants to hotels, cruise ships, theme parks and other travel destinations. Compensation can be very attractive and experience can go from exciting to lavish. Hence, people who are looking into establishing a career in it should be prepared to start from the ranks as job placements and management training programs are highly competitive.
