It's not an easy task to become a good boss or good employer. Being a good employer for any company or organization is not an easy job, and it takes a long time. Relatively, if they have an opportunity to hold this position and want to become a dedicated employer, the following ideas will be helpful. Being patient is also one way to become a good employer. Patience means ability to accept the delay, annoyance, or suffering without complaining. There are many good employers out there. But sometimes good is not enough. A good employer is required to be tolerant, and to learn from his or her own mistake, and to take a longer time. As one said “Where there is a will where there is a way”, and this absolutely pushes them to reach their purposes. It is required to be tolerant. Tolerance means willingness or ability to tolerate somebody or something such as religion or race. A good employer has to be tolerant and put much effort in doing it even though that kind of job is very hard or taking too long time. Positive attitude also plays a crucial role in assisting us to be a good employer. To be a good employer, he or she has both positive thinking and attitude toward every body, and these include friendliness, playfulness, warmth & affection, or practicality. It is true that not all good employees can become a good boss because there is a significant difference between a follower and a leader. A person who possesses good leadership skills is someone who can be an effective and good employer. A good employer has genuine concern over his or her employees, and would realize that they are people too with needs and feelings. Being able to put yourself in the shoes of your employees will make you understand better what they need to be able to produce better results. Recognition, raise in workers compensation or rewards are some of the best ways to motivate your employees. During times when work is not that stiff or when you are out with your employees in a company outing, do not be afraid to show your employees the fun side of you. Joke with them, laugh with them, talk to them. Just remember that there is a time and place for having fun. It is true that not all good employees can become a good boss because there is a significant difference between a follower and a leader. A person who possesses good leadership skills is someone who can be an effective and good employer. Leadership will help him or her to be a good employer. Leadership plays very important role in helping us to pave the way for the others to reach their purposes or goals.
