But sleeping throughout the day is also not good. Because after research, it was also proved that the age decreases with taking much sleep. • Smoking causes such enzymes in the body that are believed to be responsible for wrinkles. if you want to remain healthy till long life and stay young so avoid smoking. • It is necessary that after dinner, you should go for walk to half an hour every day and remember that dinner should always be done two hours before bedtime. • If you want to stay fit, then do exercise half-hour of everyday. This will keep you active and energized throughout the day. This will save you from many body problems. When you stay active, you will stay healthy. • If you want to stay young, you have to believe that you have a future!
