These physical and nutritional elements require discipline especially over a period time, however if it can be maintained then kids obesity can be controlled.

Supporting these two elements are family, the government and communities including schools. Kids need support and help as they confront the challenges of kids obesity. Governments can provide financial support to communities to develop initiatives and programs. Families can provide the moral and mental support during tough and challenging times. Schools and communities can assist with the implementation if kids obesity programs and initiatives.
