This herb nourishes and balances the hormonal system. Additionally it strengthens bones, improves mental power and relieves pressure from the nerves. Bark of the maritime pine tree called Landes also helps reduce hot flashes. Pine Bark Extract is easily available in the market in ready-to-eat capsule and powder form. Another herb that is helpful in reducing menopausal symptoms is horsetail. There are many bushes, plants and flowers that can help menopausal women overcome the discomfort and complication.

A unique herb for hot flashes treatment comes from ocean. Kelp is a variety of seaweed found along rocky seashores. This herb has amazing properties and if take in proper quantity; it can cure hot flashes permanently. Apple cider vinegar also helps cure menopausal symptoms like depression, anxiety and hot flashes. You can also control heat waves with fruits and vegetables available in your kitchen. Menopausal women need to educate themselves on the natural herbs for hot flashes so that they can escape the embarrassing menopausal side effects without any hassle.
