Droog Fortr

Droog Fort is also referred to the legend of local Demon Bakasura Malai. It is situated only at a distance of 15 km from Coonoor. The site avails wonderful panoramic views of the surroundings.

Sim's Parkr
This park is home to over 1000 plant species, spreading over 12 hectares. Sim's Park is an unusual botanical garden existed by Mr. J.D. Sims and Major Murray in 1874. This beautifully designed park offers excellent opportunity for walks and bird watching. There is an annual fruit and vegetable show that is held in May in the park.

Catherine Fallsr
Also known as St. Catherine's Falls, Catherine Falls in Coonoor show impressive view to falling down from 250 feet. This vantage point lets visitors to truly recognise the impressive power that nature contains within a waterfall as you look down the 250 feet to the pool of water.

Dolphin's Noser
This is a big rock formation looking precisely like what it is named after, a dolphin's nose. It needs some exertion to climb to the top of this rock outcropping, but the hard work is necessary to this view. There are gigantic ravines found both to the left and right of Dolphin's Nose.
