Nobody ever wants to get fired, of course! Getting terminated from a job can damage not only your reputation, but your confidence in yourself as well. Whatever the reason may be that you lost your job, it is important that you recognize them so that you would know what you should work on to become a better professional. Employers hire candidates not just based on their skills, but also based on how they fit in the workplace. How you may blend with the existing company culture may not be noticed during the interview. Eventually, however, managers will see signs that your personality, perhaps, is not compatible with how they do things at work. 2. You have an unpleasant attitude. A bad attitude is often a deal breaker in many organizations. Unfortunately, no matter how good a performer you are, if your attitude isn’t tolerable, you may end up losing your job.
