Located in south east Bangalore, Koramangala was earlier known to be a sleep village. However, the locality has now transformed into the most demanded real estate hub in Bangalore. With good connectivity to major IT hubs, the demand for apartments in Koramangala has been especially high among the IT professionals. Though, prices of apartments in Electronic City and other IT Hubs are affordable, many prefers well-developed regions like Koramangala for its great social infrastructure and connectivity factor. Social Infrastructure Presence of good social infrastructure is yet another major factor that drives the housing demand in this region. Some of the major educational institutes located here include National Dairy Research Institute, St. John’s Medical College, RJS Institute of Management Studies, and Vemana Institute of Technology.
