People often hear sound bytes about the Law of Attraction and just say to themselves, "oh, I've figured it out, these people are selling wishful thinking." When you wish for something, you're in a very low energy place, in terms of the frequency of your brainwaves. Action requires purposeful energy that creates momentum in your mind and the world, and wishing something is going to happen is energy that says "I'm going to sit on the couch and keep wishing for this." While it's true that thinking about something does on some level help you attract it, unless you give honed energy and effort towards your goal you will simply flounder. You're not going to get far in life without focus. If you are happy with what you have, then you don't need to worry about focusing your energy on something worth having that you truly want. But if you're actually interested in manifesting your desires, some mental focus and application will be necessary. A lot of people find it difficult to fully understand the Law of Attraction simply because it is such a personal experience. If one of one of these people you would most likely benefit from a Law of Attraction Coach. The Law of Attraction is always functioning as intended, even if you don't believe in it or know about it. The Law of Attraction manages energy. So if you have no impulse to focus attention, things will continue to recreate from the former level. The mind and the Universe share a certain attachment to consistency. If you aren't applying yourself in a high-energy way, your progress with the Law of Attraction will be minimal. If you want to add momentum to an idea you want to have manifest, add positive emotion. Create a clear vision. Get yourself so excited about the manifestation of that thing that it feels like it's a party you've been planning for weeks that's coming up in a few days. Now you're giving the Universe direct, clear and amplified information to replicate. You should also note that this is a practice, not a one-time order. Remind yourself on a daily basis that you are a powerful creator and have the ability to manifest your desires. "Well, that sounds like work." Here's an idea - you don't have to think of this practice and process as work. Imagine what you're doing as cultivating freedom. You always have the opportunity to stop and remember how you want to live your life... and then do it. Remember, free will indicates that only you can think your thoughts and feel your feelings. So the choice is yours. Are you ready to take responsibility for your actions and live your life to the fullest, or do you want the default program to keep running? You are always in control. The conclusio I've come to with many of the people I've worked with is that personal responsibility leads to absolute freedom of choice. Freedom of thought means that you have the power to have any idea and summon its manifestation into existence, always. Being completely personally responsible for your mind and actions turns into the utterly powerful ability to create for yourself anything you desire. All we're doing is constantly adding more toys to a giant Universal sandbox. Give it a try. It takes some practice at first, but it's very gratifying and it's easier than you think.
