During pregnancy, a lot of future mommis experience a sudden urge of eating either a chocolate, or a big festive dinner. These type of symptoms are natural, especially after the first 3 months. The problem only starts in the moment when the expecting mother dreams about meals that are dangerous while pregnant and which can truly harm the baby and the organism of the mommy. Deli Meats and Soft Cheese Deli meats as chicken, beef, turkey preparations or hot dogs and soft cheese as brie, feta, blue cheese and camembert contain the so called Listeria, which is one of the number one factors that cause food poisoning. Fish Shark, swordfish, king mackerel, excess tuna and tile fish are forbidden during pregnancy, while other species of fish are healthy! Artificial Sweetener That includes sodas as well. Instead of soda, you should drink natural juices, lemonades, milk and tea which doesn’t contain caffeine. The consumption of soda during pregnancy can lead to preterm delivery. Caffeine As mentioned above, caffeine should also be avoided. It’s harmful for the baby and no matter how you feel that you need a cup of coffee, quit this addiction. Anyway, chocolate can also contain small dosage of caffeine, so it’s better to avoid it the caffeine in coffee. Alcohol Alcohol is undoubtedly the most dangerous substance, besides of the drugs. Stop drinking, no matter what it costs you! Nothing has more value than the life of your little one! Keep in mind one thing: you are now responsible for yourself and for your child. But especially of the child’s well-being. And even if it needs sacrifices, life will thank your precautions by giving you a healthy and happy baby!
