LEARN TO BREAK FREE

After and long and hard winter the pulse races and the heart flutters with the coming of spring. Feeling the warmth on one's back, sitting in the garden amongst nature, enjoying the renewal in life, must be one of the most uplifting moments of the year. It’s a time when we throw open the windows and let in the fresh air, clear out our cupboards and dust and polish, seeking a new start after the heaviness of winter. What we are doing in spring is embracing a new beginning and looking forward with hope to the months ahead.

When we start clearing out and making way for the new in our daily lives we never think about clearing out our subconscious minds, well why should we. However it needs a sort out every now and again too. The subconscious is a place where there are many dark corners that haven’t been disturbed for years or if ever. Imagine a dark and dusty area of the attic where things have been allowed to pile up unattended creating a blockage and that will give you some idea of what is stored away in your subconscious mind.

Spring cleaning your mind is something that will reap many benefits. For many this is something that has never even crossed their minds. It’s only when you begin to look at improving your life, or you feel the need to change the direction you’re taking, that you begin to look for ways of doing just that.

Many people will think this is quite barmy but I would say to them just give it a try. Begin to think of areas of your life that cause you difficulty and try to think back to a starting point where this began. It maybe that something you find really difficult to change about yourself comes from preconditioning or from past lives or just from someone else’s perspective. Many of the difficulties we experience in life are caused by preconceived ideas. Often we pick up ideas that our parents have instilled in us in childhood and we carry them forward in life as if they were ours. This is where a pattern can begin and we take their ideas forward and they become our ideas. Often this leads us to be judgemental of others or causes us not to move forward with an area of our life because the idea is something we can’t contemplate, because we have been conditioned to think in a certain way. We all need to ensure that we are not being driven by the ideals of other people and really take a look at why we think what we think. This is a really good starting point for moving forward and getting rid of the preconceived ideas of other people.
SPRING CLEAN YOUR MIND

Think of three things that cause you difficulty in life
Divide a piece of paper into three and write them downr
Give some thought to where the problem stemmed fromr
Write it down under each headingr
Settle down with some peaceful musicr
Visualise sweeping out the dark corners of your mindr
See them bright with illumination, open your eyesr
Fold up the piece of paper and set light to it over the sinkr
Wash away the pieces with the water from the tap

Begin the new season with renewed vigour and hope in your thoughts, mind and life.

Qabalah and Mysteries Teacher

I am a UK Tourism Destination professional by career who through esoteric studies in the Mystery School of Maat studied Astrology, Tarot and the Qabalah and eventually became a Qabalistic and Mysteries teacher and a founder member of the Order of the White Lion.

The modern Qabalah combines the teachings of the Jewish Qabalah and the core of the most ancient Egyptian religion that led to illumination. I studies the Qabalah over a period of eighteen years and have spent many years getting to know myself, as knowing yourself is the key to a happier life and I want in turn to help others discover their true path and where their potential lies.

I put on workshops covering a variety of subjects and try to help others bring about a step change in their lives through these most ancient of teachings.
