Everyday people eat different foods either table foods or foods from restaurants. Sometimes even if we are not starving we still eat just to satisfy our cravings. It doesn’t matter the amount of sugar it have as long as we can satisfy our cravings for sugar. Most of us are not health conscious and it doesn’t matter if we gain weight as long as we eat the foods that we want. But do you know that eating too much of those delicious sugary foods is not good to your body and also to your health? YES! It can lead you to different diseases and the sad thing about it is, you just realize how you let yourself be in danger after you have been in a very serious disease and see yourself in the mirror like a BIG FAT HIPPOPOTAMUS. Most people are not aware that they store too much sugar on their body because some foods have sugar and we are not conscious about it. Here are the list of foods that surprisingly contain sugar: Salt, Tomato sauce, Canned meats, Ice cream, Canned vegetable Juice, Pancake mixes, Cough drops, Breakfast bars, Packaged cereals, Bread mixes, Soup Mixes, Yogurt, Dried fruit, Protein powder, Red wine, Chewing gum, Relish, Mustard, Canned soups, Canned fruits, Rolls, Puddings, Breads, Bacon, Waffle Mixes, Apple Butter, Canned fish, Sherbet, Peanut butter, Prepared sauces, Egg Nog, Laxatives, Crackers, Soy sauce, Toothpaste, Ketchup, Lemonade, Canned Beans, Breath Mints, Potato Chips, Stewed Fruit, Baby Foods, Condensed Milk, Licorice, Vitamins, Mouthwashes, Pickles, Meat, Tenderizes, Condiments, French Fries, Breakfast Drinks, Meat Sauces, Food Seasoning, Hamburger Buns, Packaged Nuts, Margarine, Pretzels, Fast Foods, Snails. A large amount of these can lead to addiction to sugar. Addiction to sugar can cause Diabetes which is a group of metabolic diseases in which a person has high blood sugar. Diabetes kills around 3.16 million people a year worldwide. When we eat too many foods that have sugar. it will be stored in our body as fat that is why too much of this just affix weight to our body. So what can we do so that we can have weight loss? Here are some tips for you to be always fit and healthy: • Maintain a healthy balance diet. • Exercise daily. • Consult your doctor about your sugar level. • Always be aware of what you eat and how it can affect your health. • Avoid eating foods that have high sugar levels on it like the foods in fast food restaurant. (Well not eating on fast food does not kill people but it can just help you be healthy and always fit.) • And last but definitely not the list. DRUM ROLL PLEASE!!!! ……………………….rnJust always pray to God before we eat to bless the food that we intake and cleanse it for our nourishment. If every one will do these well I assure you, you can always leave a happy healthy free from disease life.
